The Organising Committee welcomes manuscripts that conform to the subject area of the Conference and demonstrate scientific novelty. The already published articles or those submitted for publication to other periodicals will be rejected.
The manuscript together with the APPLICATION FORM is to be sent to the Organising Committee.
Structure of the article
The article should include:
- Introduction (required);
- Materials and methods (required);
- Results and Discussion (required);
- Conclusion (required);
- Acknowledgement (optional)
The above sections are mandatory. The author(s) can divide them into subsections and name them accordingly.
The submitted results should be formulated as statements which clearly outline their scientific value and contribution.
The submission process
Before translating your manuscript, please, send its original in the Russian language to the Organising Committee. As the peer reviewing often results in corrections to the manuscript we urge you not to translate it before the reviewing is finished.
The processing of the manuscript
- Registration of the manuscript
- Uniqueness check (plagiarism)
- Peer reviewing
- Agreement on the registration fee
- Acknowledgement of publication
The notice will be sent to the author when the processing status is changed. The required minimum uniqueness level is 75% for the manuscript to be accepted. The peer reviewing assesses the manuscript against the following criteria: compliance with the publication requirements and the subject area of the Conference, topicality of the research.
The articles are published in English only. The language of the article must be clear and comprehensible for a specialist in the relevant field. Native speakers or professional translators who assist the authors with translation of their manuscripts are responsible for the compliance of the English version to the publication requirements.
The articles/presentations should include the following information:
- information about authors (surname and initials; job, city, country; e-mail address);
- abstract — 100–150 words;
- the reference list (minimum 8 references in addition to the self-citing; references to Scopus, Web of Science publications is required).
The references are numbered in the order they appear in the article (eg.: , [2-6], [3, 5, 7]). Please, avoid references to the articles that are not published. References to the articles/journals that have English titles should be given in English.
After peer review the manuscript is sent to translation. The authors should format the article according to the TEMPLATE on their own.

Size of the article: minimum 5 full templated pages
One author can submit maximum 2 articles for publication.
The maximum number of co-authors for an article – 5.

Please, ensure all the manuscripts you submit to the Organising Committee of the Conference have not been published before in any periodicals (including those in the Russian language).
