The file with the full text of the article must be attached in the participant’s personal account no later than the deadline.

Requirements to the materials:
The volume of submitted papers should at least 4 full pages, but not exceed 20,000 characters, including spaces.
The text should be printed without word breaks in Times New Roman font, 12 pt (pages are not numbered), with 1 line spacing on a sheet of 297 × 210 mm (A4) with margins of the following sizes: top – 20 mm, left and bottom – 25 mm, right – 10 mm.
UDC must be indicated in the upper left corner. The title is printed in regular letters (first capital) in bold type. One space line after the title indicates: surname, initials of the speaker, academic degree, title and position. Below is the name of the organization, city and country represented. Below one space line – the abstract and keywords. Then, the text of the article begins with a paragraph.
Formulas are typed in Microsoft Eguation 3.0, included in MS Office 2007, Times New Roman 12 bold italic. The line spacing before the line of formulas is from 6 to 10 pt.
Illustrations are placed after the first mention of them in the text. Each illustration should have a caption (Times New Roman, 12 pt, bold). Graphs and diagrams are presented as drawings and are executed in a graphical editor. Photos and drawings must be in high contrast black and white. In electronic form, they are presented in JPG raster graphics standards, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi (optionally save as separate files!).

Materials of reports of students and undergraduates are accepted only in co-authorship with the supervisor.
Materials are included in the collections based on the results of the conference after reviewing and selection in the author’s edition.

Dear colleagues, please, make sure that the materials that you send to the organizing committee of the conference have not been previously published in any editions (including in another language).
