{"id":39790,"date":"2026-06-08T12:03:41","date_gmt":"2026-06-08T10:03:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ictai.vstu.by\/?page_id=39790"},"modified":"2026-06-08T13:12:27","modified_gmt":"2026-06-08T11:12:27","slug":"rules","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ictai.vstu.by\/?page_id=39790","title":{"rendered":"Article submission and formatting rules"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>REQUIREMENTS TO THE MATERIALS:<\/h5>\n<p class=\"p2\"><i class=\"fa fa-download\"><\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/ictai.vstu.by\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/ictai_article_en.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paperwork sample<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The number of articles an author can publish in a collection is a <strong>maximum of two<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The number of authors per article is a <strong>maximum of five<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The volume of submitted papers should be <strong>at least 4 full pages, but not exceed 20,000 characters<\/strong>, including spaces.<\/li>\n<li>The text should be printed without word breaks in Times New Roman font, 12 pt (pages are not numbered), with 1 line spacing on a sheet of 297 \u00d7 210 mm (A4) with margins of the following sizes: top \u2013 20 mm, left and bottom \u2013 25 mm, right \u2013 10 mm.<\/li>\n<li>UDC must be indicated in the upper left corner. The title is printed in regular letters (first capital) in bold type. One space line after the title indicates: surname, initials of the speaker, academic degree, title and position. Below is the name of the organization, city and country represented. Below one space line \u2013 the abstract (200-300 words) and keywords (4-5 words). Then, the text of the article begins with a paragraph.<\/li>\n<li>Formulas are typed in a Microsoft Word compatible formula editor (Microsoft Equation 3.0, included in MS Office 2007, Times New Roman, 12 pt, bold). The line spacing before the formula line is 6 to 10 pt. <\/li>\n<li>Illustrations should appear immediately after their first mention in the text. Each illustration should include a caption in Times New Roman, 12 pt, bold. Graphs and diagrams are presented as drawings and are executed in a graphical editor. Photos and drawings must be in high contrast black and white. In electronic format, all images should be submitted in JPG format (raster), with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Each document must be saved as a separate file.<\/li>\n<li>Recommendations for compiling and formatting the list of references can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/vstu.by\/files\/university\/regulatory_doc\/pio_10jan.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/vstu.by\/files\/university\/regulatory_doc\/pio_10jan.pdf<\/a> <\/li>\n<li>Students\u2019 and undergraduates\u2019 articles are accepted only in co-authorship with the supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Materials are included in the Proceedings based on the results of the conference after reviewing and selection in the author\u2019s edition. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to edit the articles for publication, change the section or reject participants\u2019 materials. Manuscripts which do not meet the design requirements for publishing are not considered.
